Returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase after we have issued you with a Confirmation of Order, you will need to email us at returns@trinitydesignco.com within 3 hours or prior to you receiving a Parcel Shipped notification. You must advise us by email of your cancellation at returns@trinitydesignco.com 

If you have already taken delivery of the purchase, the goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

NOTE: If you are based in South Africa Trinity Design Co recommends that you use courier service that offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

We’ve done some homework and found that the most reasonable and reliable couriers are:

  1. PUDO: Use either the Locker to Locker or Door to Locker options. Send returns to the MTUNZINI (Spar) locker. EMAIL: returns@trinitydesignco.com and TELE: 0826599779. Approximate cost: between R50 and R70.
  2. Pick n Pay Aramex: Use the Service Counter to Door option. Approximate cost: under R100. Please use the return address below for Aramex.

For the most economical choice, we suggest PUDO Locker to Locker.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

1. Shipment tracking.

2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account

If once we have checked the item and it is not defective and in its original state, we will then refund the purchase price of the goods (minus the direct costs that we incur relating to the return of the goods) within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

Faulty Products

If within 6 months of purchasing a product from Trinity you find the product to be defective or faulty you may:

Return the product to Trinity Design Co so that we may:

Inspect the item and either a. refund you or b. repair the product or c. replace the product.

The decision as to what we do is at the discretion of Trinity depending on availability and other circumstances and to this end you acknowledge that SALE items can only be repaired.

Please note when a product is said to be defective and the defect has risen from the following: general wear and tear, damage arising from incorrect usage or care of product, Trinity will NOT regards this as defects and will NOT entitle you to a refund, repair or replacement.

If the product is also found not to be defective you will NOT be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Instead you will be held liable for the cost incurred having the product returned to you.

Should we find that the product is defective, we will refund the reasonable postal and insurance costs of returning defective or unsuitable goods.

Products that cannot be returned or refunded

Clothing bought on SALE cannot be refunded, we will happily exchange a SALE item for something else or provide you with a credit note that will be valid for up to 12 months.

We do not offer returns on any items bought at external markets.  Returns on these items create a huge loss to our business, so we are unable to offer this option. We do however want to assist you as much as possible and we will gladly exchange your garment for you. If you are unable to find something that you like we can offer you store credit that will be valid for up to 12 months.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons certain non-defective products such as earring, underwear and swimwear may not be returned.

Clothing that has been altered in any way may not be returned.

If you are wanting to return a product to Trinity Design Co for whatever reason please let us know by email returns@trinitydesignco.com  prior to you returning the product.
